Why we beat 24/7 dealer service
Dealers don’t open after hours. Their towing + day-after key-cutting + program is usually 3× our after-hours all-in. We come to you, do it on-site, and warranty it.

Are you really open 24 hours?
Phone is live 24/7. Shop is 8am–8pm Mon–Sat. Mobile dispatch covers everything else with an after-hours surcharge. Sundays we run mobile-only on emergency call.
Why are you cheaper than the dealer?
We don’t markup parts the way dealers do, our overhead is lower than a dealership service department, and we don’t bill ‘shop time’. Plus we don’t tow your car — we come to it.
Will my insurance cover this?
Many policies cover lost-key replacement under comprehensive auto. We invoice direct to insurance with a letterhead quote within an hour. Just ask.
Do you have parts for my car right now?
We carry blanks for the top 30 makes. Less common platforms (e.g. Polestar, Range Rover UWB) sometimes need a 24–48h order, in which case we tell you upfront and offer a temp solution if needed.
