Condo Fob Lost — Your Options Before Building Charges $200

Option 1: Duplicate at our shop ($20-79)

If you have ANY working fob — yours, your spouse’s, a neighbor’s lent for 5 minutes — we can duplicate it. HID iCLASS $39-79. MIFARE $25-49. Kantech ioProx $20-35. SALTO $59-99.

Option 2: Borrow a neighbor’s for 5 minutes

Walk down the hall. Ask the friendliest neighbor for 5-minute borrow. We duplicate at our Pickering shop, you return both fobs same day. Most neighbors say yes.

Option 3: Pay the building fee

Building rates: $50-250 depending on building. Often takes 5-10 days. Last resort.

What about encrypted SALTO with admin-only registration?

For SALTO and similar, the building’s admin must add you to the system. We can program a fresh fob — but the building also needs to add it. Lower fee than full replacement.
